Brad’s practice focuses on civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, construction defect litigation and personal injury defense. Brad also advises small businesses transactional and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Wiles Law Group, Brad served as a judicial law Clerk to the Honorable Heather L. Karabeika, Clackamas County Circuit Court Judge. The position provided him with extensive exposure to litigation and courtroom practice. Prior to clerking, Brad was a staff attorney for an environmental non-profit organization where he had the opportunity to work on appellate briefs and numerous administrative law matters.
Brad grew up in Tucson, Arizona, and has called Oregon home since he began law school in 2007. During college, he played baseball and spent a summer in Washington D.C working for the Discovery Channel. While in law school, Brad was a managing board member of the Oregon Review of International Law and worked at the Western Environmental Law Center.

In his free time, Brad enjoys exploring the Columbia River Gorge and the outdoors, skiing, and playing recreational sports. He also completed his first marathon last year.
